22 07 2010   “SNORAS Investment Management”, a company of AB Bank SNORAS group, having received permission from the Competition Council, purchased 51 per cent of the shares of three Vilnius Real Estate (NT) companies. The subsidiary company of the bank purchased the blocks of shares of UAB “Nekilnojamojo turto gama”, UAB “Stelita” and UAB “NT Panorama”. These companies develop 3 large NT projects in Vilnius.
02 07 2010  AB Bank SNORAS distributed a new LTL 82.3 million emission of registered ordinary shares. The registered authorized capital of the bank will increase up to LTL 494 million, while the capital base to be calculated will comprise LTL 647 million.

30 03 2010  Vladimir Antonov, the main shareholder of AB Bank SNORAS, transferred 31.96 per cent of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” shares to Bank SNORAS. Bank SNORAS increased its share fraction up to 85.07 per cent. 
30 12 2009  The subordinated EUR 15 million (LTL 51.8 million) loan granted by Vladimir Antonov and Raimondas Baranauskas, the main shareholders of Bank SNORAS, was included in the second level capital of Bank SNORAS. The bank’s capital base reached LTL 540.8 million.
