The Management of the Bank is formed of seven members of the Board chaired by the Chairman of the Board. Senior Managers subordinate to the President supervise specific areas of the Bank's operations.

The following divisions function in the bank: Internal Audit Division, Corporate Business Division, Retail Business Division, Investment Business Division, Risk Management Division, Finance Division, Product Development and Information Technologies Division as well as these departments whose heads are directly subject to the President of the bank: Human Resources Department, Legal Department, Public Relations and Marketing Department, Administration Department, Compliance Department. Ten regional branches of the bank are managed by the directors appointed by the President of the bank.
