|AB Bank SNORAS will distribute one-year bonds with the fixed 10 per cent interest rate. The short-term bonds will be distributed from 22 December this year till 25 January 2009. |
As the uncertain situation on the financial market continues, it is important for the people to have an opportunity to choose simple, safe and profitably attractive bank products. Evaluating the current needs of the clients and the dominating market trends, from 22 December AB Bank SNORAS will distribute the bonds with the fixed 10 per cent interest rate.
"These one-year bonds are a marvellous alternative of a time deposit for a discreet, not risk-prone investor. The investment product, which is distributed by AB Bank SNORAS from 22 December till 25 January, guarantees a significant 10 per cent interest return. The fixed interest bonds are also a flexible product, for after they are submitted for the anticipated redemption, the accumulated interest is not forfeited, and the investor can at any time re-invest his funds into the financial instruments earning higher interest if the interest rates continue their upward trend on the market," states Nila Pansevičiūtė, the director of AB Bank SNORAS Investment Product Sales Department.
The par value of one 10 per cent fixed interest bond or the minimum possible investment sum is 100 Litas. The fixed selling price of AB Bank SNORAS bonds is determined for every day in the bond distribution period. The sooner the bonds are acquired the lower their price will be.
After you purchase these AB Bank SNORAS bonds, you can already sell them to the bank from 26 January 2009. In this case the investors would regain the nominal value of the bond, and they would earn 10 per cent annual interest if they kept the bonds for at least 28 days, i.e. till 23 February. The bond redemption term is set up for 29 January 2010.
The 10 per cent fixed interest bonds will be distributed without the purchase fee in all customer service subdivisions of the bank: in the branches, branch outlets and mini-banks. The Brokerage Department will also provide consultations and recommendations in the central office of AB Bank SNORAS, in Vilnius. You can also familiarize yourselves with the conditions of the new bond emission at AB Bank SNORAS website http://www.snoras.com/ as well as by using the bank's information phone.
