Company statutory documents required:
- Certificate of Incorporation;
- Memorandum of Association;
- Articles of Association;
- Minutes of Board of Directors with a resolution to appoint company directors (if former directors resigned and new ones were elected);
- Power of Attorney (if a proxy is not a company director);
- Certificate of Good Standing (applicable for companies that have been operating for over one year);
- Certificate of Incumbency (applicable for companies that have been operating for over one year and there were changes in the structure of company shareholders or directors).
All above-mentioned documents should be:
- Either authenticated by Apostille in the country, where company is registered;
- Or legalized.
You can obtain the forms of the documents for opening an account (Account Management Agreement and exhibits to it, Client’s Questionnaire, Signature and Seal Sample Card, Payment Card Application, etc.) at the bank, its representative offices or by request sent via e-mail info@snoras.com.
When filling in the Client’s Questionnaire form, please make sure to:
- Fill in all the spaces and answer all the questions;
- Provide information on physical location and mailing address of the customer;
- Provide contact phone number and e-mail address (compulsory). If the company has an Internet site, please indicate the address;
- Provide details of the company’s activities, specifying sources of income and activity profile generating the company profit. Providing of prospective business plans is advisable. If the customer delivers financial intermediation services, performs securities transactions, provide lending with the third party funds, it is necessary to provide duly certified copies of the relevant certificates. If the customer invests its own assets, please indicate the source of income and business area, in which the customer is planning to invest;
- Provide information about company’s business partners (names, addresses of their internet pages, sphere of activity).
