A safe-deposit box at the bank SNORAS may be rented by everybody: natural and legal persons, residents and non-residents of the Republic of Lithuania. According to your needs, you may use this service for one day and for entire year. An individual safe-deposit box may be rented at Alytus, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Mažeikiai, Panevėžys, Šiauliai and Vilnius branch offices of AB bankas SNORAS.

Why is it worth renting a safe-deposit box?

• IT IS SECURE AND RELIABLE: safe-deposit boxes are installed in the premises of the bank SNORAS, in the strongroom of individual safe-deposit boxes. You alone may open the box rented with your own key.
• IT IS CONFIDENTIAL: nobody will disturb you reviewing or adding the items kept in the safe-deposit box in the premises adjacent to the strongroom.
• IT IS CONVENIENT: a safe-deposit box may be rented for various periods of time, the rent fee depending on the capacity of the box chosen and rent time.

What should be kept in an individual safe-deposit box?

• securities;
• insurance policies, ownership and other documents;
• jewellery and works of art;
• rare postage stamps, coins or other valuable collections;
• cash (if, for any reason, you may not wish to keep them in the bank account);
• duplicate house, apartment or car keys;
• any other important objects or documents.

How to rent a safe-deposit box?

• Come to a branch office of AB bankas SNORAS to sign a rent agreement.
• If an individual safe-deposit box is to be rented by a legal person, the following documents must be submitted:
  • registration certificate of a legal person;
  • document proving the manager assignment of a legal person;
  • authorisation approved by a manager of a legal person granting the right to conclude the agreement, in case the agreement is signed on behalf of the client by a person other than a manager of a legal person;
  • identification document of a manager of a legal person or his authorised person.
• After you sign the rent agreement and pay the rent amount specified therein, a bank officer will take you to the strongroom of individual safe-deposit boxes and provide you with a key for an individual box.
