Time of execution of payment instructions
Funds from the correspondent bank account are debited and included in the account of the beneficiary's correspondent bank or the beneficiary's bank account:
- standard payment instruction to a foreign bank is completed within 2 banking days;
- urgent payment instruction to a foreign bank will be completed on the next banking day. Payment instructions in Japanese yens and Australian dollars must be placed before 04.00 p. m.;
- very urgent payment instruction to a foreign bank will be completed on the same banking day, except for the payment instruction in Japanese yens and Australian dollars. Payment instructions in US dollars must be placed before 04.00 p.m., in other currencies before 12.00 p.m.
Funds transferred via the accounts of LORO correspondent banks at AB bankas SNORAS are included in the accounts of LORO correspondent banks on the same banking day, i.e. payment instructions are executed as instant.
An international payment instruction to transfer euros to the EU countries will be subject to a smaller commission fee, if the order is standard, the amount does not exceed EUR 50 000, the beneficiary's bank SWIFT (BIC) code is provided, the beneficiary's account is in IBAN format and bank fees are paid by both: the payer and the payee.
Funds are transferred to accounts of beneficiaries at the group banks on the same banking day.
The term for funds inclusion to the beneficiary's account after an international payment instruction has been completed is set by the beneficiary's bank. |
