The bank offers to issuers the services of securities accounting, custody, drafting of an issuer prospectus, etc. As of 1 January 2004, all companies have to choose one of the organizations providing broker's services to carry out securities accounting. Here is SNORAS at your service!
How to do it?
Contact the bank and let it know about your intention to use services provided for issuers. The bank will conclude an issuer servicing agreement with you. Service of an issuer is charged a certain fee.
