Documents required: passport (please check an expiration date). It is advisable to present a valid foreign passport in order to receive payment card.
You can obtain the forms of the documents for opening an account (Account Management Agreement and exhibits to it, Client’s Questionnaire, Signature and Seal Sample Card, Payment Card Application, etc.) at the bank, its representative offices or by request sent via e-mail info@snoras.com.

When filling in the Client’s Questionnaire form, please make sure to: Fill in all the spaces and answer all the questions.
- Provide information on physical location and mailing address of the customer.
- Provide contact phone number (compulsory). If the customer has an e-mail address or Internet site, please indicate the addresses.
- Provide details of customer activities, sources of income and purposes of future payments. If the customer delivers financial intermediation services, performs securities transactions, provide lending with the third party funds, it is necessary to provide duly certified copies of the relevant certificates. If the customer invests its own assets, please indicate the source of income and business area, in which the customer is planning to invest.
