What to do if you do not have internet?
You may use the „Internet Bank+" system free of charge in the e-banking working places equipped in bank SNORAS subdivisions. The Bank employees will kindly consult and show how to use the Internet bank.

PERMANENT ID provided by the Bank. It could be the last name of the client and the first letter of the first name (excluding Lithuanian letters) (e.g., Česlovas Marcinkevičius – MARCINKEVICIUSC), or any other unique combination of Latin letters and numbers (convenient for a client). |
| User password |
The one printed in the secret envelope or the one printed in the secret envelope together with the one received via SMS to your cell phone. |
| Subscription password |
The one created by the user or the one-time password received via SMS to your cell phone. |
The user password is printed in the envelope and is issued to the client at the time of signing the contract. After the client has entered the system, he/she must change it.
The subscription password is created by the client himself/herself, after he/she accesses the system.
