The bank offers the following mortgage loans: a loan for purchasing of a dwelling with the maturity of up to 40 years, and a loan for dwelling renovation with the maturity of up to 25 years. |

Granting of a loan by the bank includes:
- free of charge assessment of real estate;
- financing up to 120 % of the amount of the dwelling;
- granting the credit of up to LTL 50 000 for the initial instalment without pledging of the property.
In case of the total amount of your loan ranging from LTL 100 000 to LTL 300 000, the bank will grant MasterCard Classic or Visa Classic card with a credit limit as a bonus. In case of the total amount of your loan exceeding LTL 300 000, you will be granted Visa Gold and MasterCard Gold card with a credit limit as a bonus.
The bank will also provide you with a possibility of combining the mortgage loan and a consumer loan, which will enable you to acquire furniture, domestic appliances, video and audio equipment and to renovate or reconstruct your dwelling.

The interest rate on the loan is determined in respect of the maturity and currency of the loan. Two options of the interest rate may be applicable: fixed interest rate and variable interest rate. |
