Repurchase (REPO) deals are means of finance management. You have shares or Government securities and do not want to sell them, but you need money immediately? In such cases you may conclude a repurchase deal agreement with the bank under which you undertake to sell securities to the bank on the conclusion date and repurchase them at the agreed price on the date agreed. You will receive funds for the agreed interest rate for the repurchase deal period, while the bank holds your securities. |
 |
How to do it?
For conclusion of a REPO deal, please contact the nearest branch office of the bank. After the bank's evaluation of your securities, a repurchase deal contract will be concluded.
Fees
You will have to pay agreed annual interest for the money borrowed for the REPO deal term. |
